We are so excited to see your smiling faces again, but we want to address a few things.
Now that Governor Parsons has lifted the stay at home order, we are going to start seeing patients again. We have taken appropriate and necessary precautions for the safety and well-being of our patients and families. Specifically, we are following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines.
What we have always done in our office is to practice similar sterilization policies that hospitals use for surgery. All our tools and utensils are thoroughly sterilized to the highest standards. Additionally, we disinfect our working surfaces after every patient. All our staff will be wearing protective gear to ensure both your safety and theirs. We will be taking patients temperatures when you arrive and ask you to sign a form stating you or your child have not had a temperature, shortness of breath, dry cough, runny nose, or sore throat. We will also inquire about travel.
Please call to reschedule if you or your child has the following symptoms:
- Fever over 99.6 degrees
- Cough
- Recent travel to an area with known coronavirus activity
- Exposure to someone known to have coronavirus
We also ask that you limit the visitors inside our clinic to only the patient or if necessary one parent or guardian. Grandparents, healthy siblings, and other family members must remain at home or in the family vehicle (with appropriate supervision) whenever possible.
We hope this addresses any concerns you might have.
